I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for my belongings. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to tube stations. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in London.

In my experience, this place was just fabulous! The staff were amazing, friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, our check-in was quick and efficient. We were even greeted with warm chocolate cookies that were to die for! The hotel itself was spotless clean, with modern rooms and a really nice bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was great. With a tube station and buses just outside, it was easy to explore the city. We even took a bus to a nearby mall for some shopping, which was fantastic. this has been the best stay I've had in London and I will definitely be back.

While the rooms were small and cozy, they had everything we needed. The AC worked well, although it did make some noise.

Easy access to Notting Hill Gate, Queensway underground stations, and bus stop for bus no. 94 to central London. Walking distance to famous Portobello Street.

We loved the location of this place, situated just between two Underground stations in a beautiful neighbourhood. We felt safe walking around at night. The service was top-notch with excellent staff who were always ready to help. The room amenities were great, especially the free Wi-Fi, soundproofed rooms, and flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The sun terrace was a great facility that we made use of. a top-notch place with great customer service.

The footpath from the tube stations to the hotel can be tricky to navigate, especially when hauling luggage up the stairs. The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, with requested cleaning not being done properly.
